At Purrifiy, we take pride in delivering high-quality pet essentials to our customers in the United States and France. We work directly with global manufacturers to bring you the best prices and unique products.

1. SHIPPING RATES

• USA & France: We are currently offering Free Insured Shipping on all orders over AED 150. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of AED 19.00 applies.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days for our team to process and pack your items. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Because we ship directly from our specialized suppliers to keep your costs low, please allow the following delivery windows:

• United States: 7–12 business days.

• France: 8–14 business days.

• Please note: These are estimates. Factors like customs processing or seasonal holidays may cause slight delays.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every order includes a tracking number. You can track your pet's new gear directly on our website or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (EU/France)

Starting March 2026, small parcels entering France may be subject to a local €2 handling fee or VAT as per EU regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most of our pet accessories are valued below the high-duty threshold to minimize these costs for you.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Purrifystore1@gmail.com. We will ensure a replacement is sent or a full refund is processed.
